Isn’t it wonderful that God has promised to cover us, shelter us with His faithful promises, just as the bird is covering his little ones with his wings?
Dear Jesus, cover my grandchildren with your feathers, shelter them with your wings. Thank you for your faithful promises to protect them physically, emotionally and spiritually. In Jesus’ name.

Thank you Lillian for this beautiful illustration & prayer of protection for our grandchildren. I read this e-mail a few minutes after I found out my 20 yr old grandson & a couple of his friends are going to go to CA for a few days. They are all really good kids but my anxiety level went through the roof because of all the violence we hear about daily that is happening across our country. I will pray this prayer over the next few days for the protection of all 3 boys & for myself to remember that they are ‘under the shelter of His wings.’
