Easter Prayer for Grandchildren 

Dear Heavenly Father, as we celebrate Easter,

I am thankful that YOU died on the cross and rose from the dead

so grandchildren and  

I can have the gift of a personal relationship with YOU.

I thank you that you have given us the Holy Spirit

as a down payment for eternal life.

I pray my grandchildren will understand the true meaning

of the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

I know how easily my grandchildren can be influenced

by their friends—the fashions, music, their passions, and problems.

I ask You to protect my grandchildren physically, emotionally and spiritually.

May they know and follow YOU wholeheartedly.

Help me to make the invisible God visible to my grandchildren.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
